Sock Folding App

App instructions to complete the task of folding socks. The instructions are all visual using only illustrations, numbers, and symbols so that they can serve a multi-lingual audience.

Initial research was conducted by taking photographs from different perspectives while the task was being performed. A visual direction was decided and screens were created. Instruction steps were refined through multiple rounds of user testing. Care was taken to include all needed steps so that someone who had never performed the task could be successful while following the instructions.
